All-Bran
All-Bran is a branded high-fibre breakfast cereal made primarily from wheat bran, formed into small twig-like pieces. It is eaten as a cereal with milk or used crushed as a fibre-rich addition to baking and muffins. Its dense bran content makes it noticeably heavier by volume than flaked cereals.
