Almond milk
Almond milk is a plant-based milk made by blending almonds with water and straining out the solids, sometimes with added sweeteners or stabilisers. It is used as a dairy milk substitute in drinks, cereal, baking, and cooking. Its thinner consistency and mild, slightly nutty flavour mean it behaves somewhat differently from dairy milk in custards and sauces.
