Avocado (diced)
Avocado is a creamy-textured fruit with a large central seed, botanically a berry, grown on trees in warm climates. Its rich, buttery flesh is eaten raw in salads, spreads like guacamole, and increasingly in baking as a fat substitute. It ripens after picking and is ready to eat when it yields slightly to gentle pressure.
Dicing cuts an ingredient into small, even cubes, which pack differently into a cup than slices or larger chopped pieces.
