Avocado oil
Avocado oil is a cooking oil pressed from the flesh of avocados, with a mild flavour and a relatively high smoke point. It is used for sautéing, roasting, and dressings, and is prized as a substitute for other oils in cooking that requires higher heat. Unrefined versions retain more of the avocado's natural flavour and colour.
