Beetroot powder
Beetroot powder is made from dehydrated, ground beetroot, retaining its deep red colour and concentrated earthy-sweet flavour. It is used as a natural food colouring in baking and drinks, or stirred into smoothies and dressings for flavour and colour. Being dehydrated, it is far more concentrated by volume than fresh beetroot.
