Bran flakes
Bran flakes are a breakfast cereal made from wheat bran pressed into thin flakes, offering a high-fibre, slightly nutty-tasting alternative to lighter cereals. They are eaten with milk as a cereal or used crushed in baking for texture and fibre content. Their flake shape makes them lighter and less densely packed than granular bran.
