Brie (crumbled)
Brie is a soft, creamy French cheese with an edible white rind, made from cow's milk and known for its mild, buttery flavour that becomes more pungent as it ages. It is served at room temperature on cheese boards, baked whole until molten, or used in sandwiches and pastries. Its soft texture makes it spreadable once it reaches room temperature.
Crumbling breaks an ingredient into irregular pieces with air gaps between them, making it lighter per cup than a solid block.
