Brioche (cubed, loosely packed)
Brioche is a rich, tender French bread enriched with a high proportion of butter and eggs, giving it a soft, slightly sweet crumb and a golden colour. It is eaten on its own, toasted, or used as the base for French toast, bread pudding, and burger buns. Its high fat content makes the dough softer and more delicate to work with than lean bread doughs.
Cubing produces small, even pieces that pack more predictably into a cup than an irregular chop.
