Cacao nibs
Cacao nibs are small, crushed pieces of roasted cacao beans, essentially unsweetened chocolate in its crunchy, unrefined form. They have an intense, bitter chocolate flavour and are used as a crunchy topping for baked goods, smoothies, and granola, or ground further into chocolate. Unlike chocolate chips, they contain no added sugar.
