Caesar dressing
Caesar dressing is a creamy, savoury dressing traditionally made from egg yolk, garlic, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil. It is used primarily to dress Caesar salad but also works as a dip or sandwich spread. Its distinctive salty, umami depth comes largely from the anchovies and Parmesan.
