Caramel chips
Caramel chips are small, chip-shaped pieces of caramel-flavoured confectionery, formulated to hold their shape somewhat when baked, similar to chocolate chips. They are used in cookies, blondies, and other baked goods to add pockets of caramel flavour throughout. They typically melt and soften rather than fully liquefying like caramel sauce.
