Cheese (brie roughly torn)
Cheese is a dairy product made by coagulating milk proteins and separating the resulting curds from the liquid whey, then often aging or processing them further. It spans an enormous range of textures and flavours, from soft and mild to hard and pungent, and is used in cooking, baking, and eating on its own. Its behaviour when heated, whether melting smoothly or becoming rubbery, varies considerably by type.
