Chervil (fresh chopped)
Chervil is a delicate, feathery herb with a mild flavour reminiscent of parsley with a hint of anise, commonly used in French cooking. It is added at the end of cooking or used raw, as its subtle flavour and delicate leaves do not hold up well to prolonged heat. It is one of the classic herbs in the French fines herbes blend.
