Chocolate buttons (small)
Chocolate buttons are small, round, flat discs of chocolate, sized for easy melting and portioning in baking. They are used much like chocolate chips, melted for coating and dipping or added whole to batters and doughs. Their uniform shape makes them convenient for precise melting in a double boiler.
