Coconut aminos
Coconut aminos is a dark, savoury liquid seasoning made from fermented coconut palm sap and salt, used as a soy sauce alternative. It has a slightly sweeter, milder flavour than soy sauce and is used similarly in stir-fries, marinades, and dressings. It contains no soy or wheat, making it a common substitute for those avoiding either.
