Coconut butter
Coconut butter, also called coconut manna, is made by blending whole coconut flesh, including its fat, into a thick, spreadable paste. Unlike coconut oil, it retains the fibre and solids of the coconut, giving it a thicker, less pourable texture. It is used as a spread or stirred into baking and desserts for coconut flavour and richness.
