Collagen powder
Collagen powder is a protein supplement made from processed animal connective tissue, typically flavourless and easily dissolved into hot or cold liquids. It is added to drinks, soups, and baked goods to boost protein content without significantly altering taste or texture. It differs from gelatin in that it does not set into a gel when cooled.
