Dried cranberries
Dried cranberries are cranberries that have been dehydrated and typically sweetened, since fresh cranberries are too tart to dry palatably on their own. They are used in baking, salads, trail mixes, and stuffing for a chewy, tangy-sweet addition. Their sweetened nature makes them noticeably different in flavour from fresh, unsweetened cranberries.
