Dried egg powder
Dried egg powder is made from dehydrated whole eggs, egg whites, or yolks, ground into a fine powder that can be reconstituted with water or used directly in dry baking mixes. It offers a shelf-stable alternative to fresh eggs, useful in baking mixes, camping food, and some commercial products. It must generally be rehydrated according to package instructions to substitute properly for fresh eggs.
