Feijoa (diced)
Feijoa, also known as pineapple guava, is a green, egg-shaped fruit with a fragrant, tropical flavour combining notes of pineapple, guava, and mint. It is eaten fresh by scooping out the flesh, or used in baking, jams, and chutneys. Its flesh has a slightly grainy texture similar to a pear.
Dicing cuts an ingredient into small, even cubes, which pack differently into a cup than slices or larger chopped pieces.
