Goat milk
Goat milk is milk from goats, with a slightly tangy flavour and a naturally homogenised fat structure that some find easier to digest than cow's milk. It is drunk on its own, used in cooking and baking, and made into cheeses like chèvre and feta. Its flavour and slightly different fat composition can produce subtly different results compared to cow's milk in some recipes.
