Granola (clusters)

Granola is a baked breakfast food made from rolled oats, nuts, and sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, clustered together and toasted until crisp. It is eaten with milk or yoghurt, or as a snack on its own, with variations including added dried fruit, seeds, or chocolate. Its clusters form as the sweetener and oil bind the ingredients together during baking.
