Grapeseed oil
Grapeseed oil is a light, neutral-flavoured oil extracted from the seeds of grapes, a byproduct of winemaking. It has a relatively high smoke point and is used in cooking, baking, and dressings where a mild flavour is preferred. Its neutral taste makes it broadly interchangeable with other light vegetable oils.
