Grappa
Grappa is an Italian spirit distilled from the leftover skins, seeds, and stems of grapes after winemaking, with a strong, sometimes fiery flavour. It is traditionally drunk after meals, but is also used in some Italian desserts and sauces for its intense, grape-derived character. Its flavour and smoothness vary considerably depending on the quality and aging of the grappa.
