Ground coriander
Ground coriander is made from dried coriander seeds ground into a fine powder, with a warm, citrusy, slightly nutty flavour distinct from the fresh leafy herb of the same plant. It is used in spice blends, curries, and marinades across many cuisines, often paired with cumin. Grinding whole seeds fresh produces a more aromatic result than pre-ground coriander.
