Hemp oil
Hemp oil is pressed from hemp seeds, with a distinctive nutty, slightly grassy flavour and a deep green tint. It is not suited to high-heat cooking, as its composition degrades and can turn bitter when heated, so it is typically used raw in dressings and drizzled over finished dishes. It should be stored in the refrigerator to prevent it from going rancid.
