Icing mixture
Icing mixture is a fine, powdered sugar blended with a small amount of cornflour, used to make icings, glazes, and dustings for baked goods. The added starch helps prevent clumping and can slightly stabilise icings. It is largely interchangeable with pure icing sugar, though the added starch content differs slightly.
