Jam (strawberry)
Jam is a thick, sweet spread made by cooking fruit with sugar until it thickens, often with pectin added to help it set. It is spread on bread and toast, used as a filling for pastries and cakes, or swirled into desserts. Its consistency ranges from a soft spread to a firmer, more jelly-like set depending on how it is made.
