Kahlua
Kahlua is a coffee-flavoured liqueur made from rum, sugar, and coffee, with a rich, sweet, slightly bitter flavour. It is used in cocktails and desserts, particularly coffee-flavoured cakes, tiramisu, and ice cream, adding both sweetness and a deep coffee character. Its syrupy consistency makes it useful for drizzling as well as mixing.
