Kiwifruit (diced)

Kiwifruit is a small fruit with a fuzzy brown skin and bright green (or sometimes gold) flesh studded with tiny black seeds, offering a sweet-tart flavour. It is eaten fresh, often halved and scooped with a spoon, or sliced into fruit salads and desserts. It contains an enzyme that can prevent gelatin from setting, so it is often not used raw in gelatin-based desserts.

Dicing cuts an ingredient into small, even cubes, which pack differently into a cup than slices or larger chopped pieces.
