Kohlrabi (diced)
Kohlrabi is a bulbous vegetable from the cabbage family, with a crisp texture and a mild flavour similar to a cross between broccoli stem and cabbage. It is eaten raw, shredded into slaws, or cooked in soups and stir-fries, and its tough outer skin is typically peeled away before use. Both the bulb and its leafy greens are edible.
Dicing cuts an ingredient into small, even cubes, which pack differently into a cup than slices or larger chopped pieces.
