Lemon thyme (fresh)
Lemon thyme is a variety of thyme with a distinct citrusy note layered over its usual earthy, savoury flavour. It is used similarly to regular thyme, in roasts, marinades, and sauces, particularly well suited to poultry and fish where its citrus notes complement the dish. Its flavour is milder and brighter than common thyme.
Measured fresh, before any drying, cooking, or other processing changes its water content and density.
