Lemongrass powder
Lemongrass powder is made from dried, ground lemongrass, offering a convenient way to add its bright, citrusy flavour when the fresh stalk is unavailable. It is used in spice blends, marinades, and some Southeast Asian dishes. Its flavour is more concentrated but less fresh and vibrant than that of the fresh stalk.
