Macadamia nut oil
Macadamia nut oil is a mild, buttery oil pressed from macadamia nuts, with a relatively high smoke point suited to cooking as well as use in dressings. It is used in baking, sautéing, and dressings where a subtle, rich, nutty flavour is desired. Its flavour is milder than many other nut oils.
