Milk chocolate (chips)
Milk chocolate is chocolate made with added milk solids alongside cocoa solids and sugar, giving it a creamier, sweeter, and less intense flavour than dark chocolate. It is eaten on its own, used in baking, or melted for coatings and confections. Its higher milk and sugar content makes it more prone to scorching when melted compared to dark chocolate.
