Milk powder (full cream)

Milk powder is milk that has had nearly all of its water removed through drying, resulting in a fine, shelf-stable powder that can be reconstituted with water. It is used in baking to boost protein and richness without adding extra liquid, as well as in some drinks and confections. It is a common addition to bread recipes for improving crust colour and crumb softness.
