Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
Orange juice is the sweet, tangy liquid extracted from oranges, drunk on its own or used in baking, marinades, and sauces for its bright citrus flavour. Fresh-squeezed juice generally has a brighter, more complex flavour than processed or reconstituted varieties. Its acidity and sweetness can also help balance rich or fatty dishes when used in a marinade or glaze.
Freshly squeezed liquid has no added water or concentration, giving a straightforward liquid density.
