Passion fruit pulp

Passion fruit pulp is the fragrant, tart, juicy flesh and seeds found inside a passion fruit, with an intensely tropical, tangy flavour. It is scooped directly onto desserts, blended into juices and cocktails, or strained and cooked into curds and sauces. Its edible black seeds are often left in for texture, though they can be strained out for a smoother result.
