Pink Himalayan salt (fine)

Pink Himalayan salt is a rock salt mined from ancient sea deposits, primarily in Pakistan, with a pale pink colour from trace minerals and a flavour similar to other salts. It is used in cooking and as a finishing salt, and is sometimes ground finer for table use or sold in coarser crystals for grinding. Its flavour differs only subtly from other salts despite its distinctive colour.
