Pink peppercorns (whole)

Pink peppercorns are not true peppercorns but the dried berries of a South American shrub, with a mild, sweet, slightly fruity and peppery flavour. They are used whole or crushed as a garnish or seasoning, adding colour and a delicate spice to dishes and sauces. Their softer texture and milder heat distinguish them from true black peppercorns.

Measured whole and unprepared, before any chopping, slicing, or other processing changes its density.
