Rice bubbles
Rice bubbles, known in some countries as rice crispies, are a breakfast cereal made from puffed, toasted rice grains, light and crunchy with a mild, slightly sweet flavour. They are eaten with milk as a cereal, or combined with melted marshmallow to make rice crispy treats. Their airy, hollow structure gives them a distinctive light crunch and a notable audible crackle when milk is added.
