Rice flour

Rice flour is made by grinding rice into a fine powder, with a mild, neutral flavour and a naturally gluten-free composition. It is used in baking as a wheat flour substitute, particularly in gluten-free recipes, as well as to make rice noodles, dumpling wrappers, and some batters. Its lack of gluten means it is often combined with other flours or starches for improved texture.
