Rice milk
Rice milk is a plant-based milk made by blending cooked rice with water and straining out the solids, resulting in a thin, mildly sweet liquid. It is used as a dairy milk substitute in drinks, cereal, and cooking, though its thinner consistency and lower protein content mean it behaves differently from dairy milk in some recipes, particularly baking. It has a naturally sweeter, more neutral flavour than some other plant-based milks.
