Rocket (loosely packed)

Rocket, also known as arugula, is a peppery, slightly bitter salad green with narrow, deeply lobed leaves. It is eaten raw in salads, on pizzas, or wilted briefly into warm dishes, with its peppery bite becoming more pronounced as the plant matures. Younger rocket leaves are generally milder than more mature ones.

Loosely packed means the ingredient is added to the cup without pressing it down, leaving air pockets that make it weigh less than the same amount firmly packed.
