Single cream
Single cream is a light, pourable dairy cream with a lower fat content than double or whipping cream, used mainly for pouring over desserts or enriching sauces and coffee. It cannot be whipped into stiff peaks due to its lower fat content, unlike heavier creams. Its thin consistency makes it prone to curdling if boiled in acidic or high-heat dishes.
