Skim milk
Skim milk is milk that has had nearly all of its fat removed, resulting in a thinner texture and milder flavour compared to whole milk. It is used as a lower-fat alternative in drinking, cooking, and baking, though its lack of fat can produce a less rich result in recipes relying on milk's fat content for texture. It still contains the protein and most nutrients found in whole milk.
