Sweet chilli sauce
Sweet chilli sauce is a Southeast Asian condiment made from chillies, sugar, vinegar, and garlic, with a sticky, glossy consistency and a balance of sweetness and mild heat. It is used as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, fried foods, and grilled meats, or as a glaze. Its mild heat and pronounced sweetness distinguish it from hotter, less sweet chilli sauces.
