Sweetened condensed milk
Sweetened condensed milk is cow's milk that has had most of its water removed and a large amount of sugar added, resulting in an extremely thick, sweet, syrupy liquid. It is used in desserts, confections, and drinks, providing both sweetness and creaminess in one ingredient, and is a key component in dishes like key lime pie and caramel-style fillings. It is distinct from evaporated milk, which contains no added sugar.
