Tiger nut flour
Tiger nut flour is made from ground tiger nuts, which despite the name are small tubers rather than true nuts, with a naturally sweet, slightly nutty flavour. It is naturally gluten-free and nut-free, used in baking as a flour substitute, particularly in paleo and allergen-conscious recipes. Its natural sweetness can reduce the need for added sugar in some recipes.
