Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a cool Greek dip or sauce made from strained yoghurt combined with grated cucumber, garlic, and herbs such as dill or mint. It is served alongside grilled meats, as part of a mezze platter, or as a sandwich condiment, providing a tangy, refreshing contrast to richer dishes. Its consistency is generally thick, similar to the strained yoghurt it's made from.
